Winner of 12 Championship titles including: the Prince’s Sword, The Qatar World Cup, The Crown Jewel Cup, The Sheihk Zayed and the Rayyan Cup, Lady Princess is without doubt one of the most impressive and successful Arabian racing mares of all time.

Lady Princess is a daughter of the Haras du Grand Courgeon sire General (Amer), while her dam, Nacrée Al Maury (Kesberoy), won the Prix Damas.

Bred by Charente-based couple Élodie and Bruno Bellaud, she was then bought as a foal by Paul Basquin on behalf of Lisa and Pierre Deymonaz. Later Lady Princess was acquired by Gérard Larrieu for her current owner, Khalifa Bin Sheail Al Kuwari.

Across her impressive 20 race career she has won 12 races and been placed 7 times, with wins across distances from 1400m to 2400m in the process securing winnings of over 10 million Dirhams.

Not only a legend on the track, Lady Princess was consistently a joy to transport and handle. Over the years, our flight grooms have ensured she arrived in top condition and ready to race, a task she always made a pleasure thanks to her fantastic temperament.
